Skills Audit and ties Reflection and Extended Learning Agreement Crits

Updated: Mar 11, 2021

Reflection on Extended Learning Agreement Crits session with James, online session.

Skills Audit is designed to help students and also professionals for the future work out what skills sets one has in regards to job applications within industry.

James made a audit template and we worked on this as a group.

attached is the file I edited down to what I believe would help myself.

how I organized the above into the following, based on my own views and the group had different ideas and views to this, but coming from a kitchen background and some studio experience, I based my answers as followed:

1 - positive attitude

2 - Flexibility

3 - critical thinking

4 - meeting deadlines and delivery of briefs

5 - ability to understand briefs

6 - good communicator

7 - creative thinking

8 - attention to detail

9 - collaborative team player

10 - resilience

11 - good customer relations

12 - respond to feedback positively

all are based on "if you was employed on a studio job". customer relations happen a few times

not all the time, or public like supermarkets etc. It's making it not a big importance, even though it is important.

Here is the job advert example. I edited it down to be able to read.

I believe I have at least 85 percent of the skills here, but of course not all.
